LIFT MY MOOD STORE INFO

WHAT ITEM DONATIONS ARE BEING ACCEPTED IN THE VERNON, NJ LIFT MY MOOD THRIFT SHOP LOCATION?

Accepting: (1-2 bags of items accepted at a time)
FALL CLOTHING & SHOES (baby, kids, teen & adult, both men's & women’s all sizes) in excellent used condition (no pilling, holes, stains etc), accessories, jewelry, reusable bags, purses, household goods & decor, unused bath, body, & makeup products, small furniture items previously approved, small appliance items, kids/baby items, craft items

*Seasonal Decor & Clothing: FALL clothing & shoes only at this time. :) FALL & HALLOWEEN/THANKSGIVING decor only at this time.

Not Accepting:
Car seats, cribs, bottles/breast pumps, underwear/bras/socks (unless new with tags), large furniture, large appliances/large electronics, tv's/computer monitors, vhs tapes, Fall & Winter Holiday/Christmas decor. We have an overflow of china sets, clear glassware, mugs, plates, toys, DVD'S & Books currently & are not in need of any at this time. Thank you! :)

I CAN’T FIND YOUR STORE. HOW CAN I SEARCH ON GPS?

We are located in the same lot as the McAfee USPS. Sometimes the GPS location doesn’t send people to the right spot because of this (especially with Apple GPS). If you type in Critter Place LLC (the awesome pet shop by us) or McAfee USPS in your GPS, we are in the same lot. :)

WHAT CHARITIES & ORGANIZATIONS DO YOU SUPPORT?

We are not a non-profit ourselves & can not give you a donation slip for tax purposes, however we operateby a punch card system. For every bag or box of items you donate & for every $10 you spend in our shop, we give one punch. When you fill the punch card with 20 punches you get $30 to spend in our Thrift Shop! :)

We have, & will continue to support several charitable organizations by passing along items from our stock and/or through monetary donations from our monthly give-back days, including, but not limited to:

-Center for Prevention (Newton, NJ)

-Our children’s clothing & shoes are ALWAYS only $1 each to keep costs low for other families like ours with growing children! :)

*We love to support the local community! Please let us know of any local Fundraisers, Clothing Drives, Blanket Drives etc. :)

WHO CAN MYSTERY BOXES & CARE PACKAGES BE MADE FOR?

Anyone! Women, Men, Children, Teens, Mom, Dad, Boyfriend, Girlfriend, Wife, Husband, Yourself & even Pets (because they’re part of the family too)!

ARE THERE THEMED BOXES OR HOLIDAY BOXES?

You can order a themed box, holiday gift, or for no reason at all! Birthdays, Get Well, Christmas, Long Distance, Packages for the Troops, Newlywed, Bridesmaid etc. or just to make someone smile on a random day. YOU let us know what you want your box to be for and we will completely personalize it for you.

SO...WHAT'S IN THE BOXES?

That's the best part...it all depends on what you tell us about the person your box is for! We use that information as inspiration in creating something customized that will make that person smile. :)

EXAMPLES OF INFO THAT WILL HELP TO PERSONALIZE MY BOX?

-Age, Gender
-Favorite Colors, Scents, Characters, Hobbies, Seasons, Holidays, Bands, Animals, etc.
-You can also tell us the reason for purchasing this package such as get well gift, a surprise for mom, birthday surprise, mental health, self-care box etc.

$100 (Quantity of items varies, but quality will be worth more than listing price)
